The Mantreads are a community-created secondary weapon for the Soldier. They are a pair of night brown tanker boots.

When equipped, the Mantreads reduce the knockback received from dissentious weapons (including airblast) by 75%; this does non apply to the player'south own weapons and so does not impede rocket jumping. In addition, whenever the actor lands on an enemy, if the fall was long enough to cause fall damage to the player, the enemy is dealt 10 harm plus triple the fall damage the thespian would normally accept received, and the player takes no fall damage. The fall does not have to occur from rocket jumping in order to deliver harm. Successfully landing on an enemy is indicated past a unique audio, a unique particle effect, and the Soldier's view appearing to milk shake.
